As a dedicated Product Leader, continuous self-improvement is paramount. This comprehensive workbook is designed to guide (aspiring) product leaders on a transformative journey to define, refine, and enhance their leadership identity.

Key Features:

I created a workbook for my coaching with (aspiring) product leaders to help them define who they are as a leader and who they want to become. This workbook consists of 6 pages / three parts.

Part one: You will define a "manual of work" (MoM) for yourself which you can share with your peers and direct reports to provide transparency on how to work with you.

Part two: You will also get instructions on how to reflect on your future self and define a vision of the leader you want to be.

Part three: You will break down your vision into smaller chunks and concrete tasks to get things started.
