  • Add New Customer: We provided a clear, easy-to-use interface for adding new customers. Users can simply click the "Add New Customer" button to input new customer information.

  • Comprehensive Data Fields: Each customer entry includes detailed fields such as Name, Address, Area, City, and Birthday. This allows for a complete profile of each customer.

2. Detailed Customer Information:

  • Organized Information: The customer database is neatly organized with various views such as Customer Orders, Customer Location, and Timestamps, making it easy to navigate and find specific information.
  • Secure Data: We ensured that all customer data is securely stored within Notion, with options to link customer orders directly from the Orders database.

3. Easy Navigation and Access:

  • Navigation Panel: A user-friendly navigation panel on the left allows quick access to different sections such as Customers, Products & Variants, Orders & Items, Branches, and Inventory Monitor.
  • Quick Links: Quick links at the top of the Customer page facilitate immediate actions like viewing customers, orders, products, and tasks.

Implementation Steps

  1. Creating the Customer Database:
    • We set up a new database in Notion specifically for customers, ensuring it can capture all necessary details.
    • Fields were added for each relevant piece of information: Name, Address, Area, City, and Birthday. This setup allows for easy data entry and retrieval.
  2. Linking Orders to Customers:
    • We linked the customer database to the Orders database. This enables users to assign specific orders to customers, providing a seamless way to track customer purchases and interactions.
  3. Different views for ease of Task access
    • We also added multiple views for managing different works like Orders, Location, Contact and etc.
